He/she is responsible for strict control of all cash and contractual transactions posted within the PFS Department. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will insure that all transactions are posted to the appropriate patient and general ledger accounts with the correct transaction code. Clerk III - Team members in these clerk jobs assist daily in preparation of FCC medical records, which includes appropriate billing information, order sheets, return appointment forms and new patient information. He/she also answers telephone courteously, triages calls, takes messages as needed and delivers them appropriately. Radiology Clerk - Team members in these clerk jobs are responsible for answering phone calls to the Radiology Team and communicating with providers related to patient order changes, prior authorization, labs, etc. They are also responsible for scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling patient appointments.
